A leading multidisciplinary design studio in Central London is seeking a talented Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and technically skilled designer with 2–4 years’ UK-based experience on high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.

Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ professional experience delivering high-end interiors in the UK
• Strong conceptual and technical skills, with fluency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• Excellent understanding of bespoke finishes, FF&E, and procurement processes
• Familiarity with UK building regulations and construction detailing
• Confident communication and presentation skills, with fluency in spoken and written English
• Highly organised with a proactive, hands-on approach to design delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present creative interior concepts and mood boards aligned to client briefs
• Design and document bespoke joinery, lighting, and finishes with artisan collaborators
• Manage FF&E design, budgeting, sourcing, logistics, and installation
• Produce schedules and tender packages, coordinating with the technical and PM teams
• Collaborate with contractors and consultants to ensure seamless execution on-site
• Work closely with a small design team to deliver projects to the highest standard
