Landscape Architect Job in Guildford, Surrey

We are currently working with a highly successful architectural practice, which has recently opened a new office in Guildford. They are seeking Landscape Architects with UK residential project experience to join their small but growing team.

The practice is based in the city centre and has grown significantly over the last few years. They collaborate with some of the largest names in UK residential development. Their portfolio includes bespoke homes and large-scale residential projects.

They are now looking for a Landscape Architect to deliver landscape-led masterplans and development projects for national and regional housebuilders across England.

Role & Responsibilities
  1. Work directly under the Landscape Director
  2. Support the delivery of landscape planning and design projects
  3. Prepare landscape design drawings, including masterplans, and hard and soft landscape details
  4. Visit sites and conduct site photography
  5. Produce LVIA-related baseline plans
  6. Contribute to reports, including landscape assessments and Design and Access Statements
  7. Collaborate with internal teams
Required Skills & Experience
  • Chartered member of the Landscape Institute or relevant experience on the pathway
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working on UK projects
  • Experience with UK residential projects is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
