National Grid Electricity Distribution seeks a Lands Rights and Consents Specialist to join the Swansea-based team. You will negotiate wayleaves, easements and land agreements for our distribution network and resolve complex land and damage claims, while guiding colleagues on estates matters.

This role follows our hybrid approach with both office and home working after initial training. Travel across the area is required and APC qualification is expected. Salary offers reflect training period.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate specialist consents, wayleaves, easements and agreements for distribution assets.
• Manage and settle damage claims.
• Assess impact of activities on customers and advise accordingly.
• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
• Investigate estate-related matters and report findings.
• Provide training on estates and survey matters.
• Lead and train staff on wayleaves, easements and consents.
