This is a full-time Land Surveyor role is based in Newquay with a hybrid working arrangement, combining on-site work with some work from home/ office. The Land Surveyor will carry out topographic and measured building surveys, construction setting out, drone surveys and other field and office survey tasks using modern equipment and software. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing site surveys, collecting and verifying spatial data, processing survey information, and producing clear, accurate plans and reports. The role also involves liaising with clients and project stakeholders, ensuring survey outputs meet technical standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines.
