Rise Technical Recruitment are recruiting a Land/Measured Building Surveyor in Oxford for a hybrid role. You will carry out Topographical and Measured Building Surveys and ensure surveys are delivered to high standards.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in land or measured surveys, is willing to travel across the UK, holds a full UK driving license, and is keen to progress. The role offers a company vehicle/allowance, training, progression opportunities and flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Practical experience as Land or Measured Building Surveyor.
• Proficient in producing detailed Topographical or Measured Building Surveys.
• Willingness to travel locally and across the UK.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

• Support in mentoring and leading junior surveyors
• Primarily site-based, with processing completed at your local office and home

This is an excellent opportunity for a Land/Measured Building Surveyor to join an industry-leading surveying specialist, where you will have loads of opportunities to receive training and progress through the ranks.
