We are seeking to recruit a Land Surveyor in the Chipping Warden Area.
The successful candidate will support the Senior Land Surveyor in establishing and maintaining the site survey control network, reporting on and validating different construction stages. Responsibilities include undertaking land, topographic, hydrographic, measured building surveys, utilizing specialist equipment such as robotics and 3D scanners. Analyzing data with plans, maps, charts, and software like AutoCAD, Trimble Business Center, and GIS is essential. You will also prepare survey drawings, present data to clients, and write reports.
You will coordinate with Site Engineers regarding project priorities, plan changes, deviations, and non-conformance rectifications. The role involves setting out and conducting as-built surveys, topographical and engineering surveys (including Laser Scanner), managing Point Cloud Data, GNSS network surveying, precise traversing, levelling, and drone surveys for earthwork measurements.
