Job summary

Sytner Land Rover Knutsford in Cheshire is seeking a Service Administrator to join the Aftersales Department. This role supports the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive the best service.

You will administer all preparation work for vehicle arrivals, adhere to strict processes, handle telephone enquiries, complete invoicing, check paperwork for quality and perform self‑audits before filing. Saturday mornings on a rota basis may apply to maintain service levels.

About the role

Sytner Land Rover Knutsford, Cheshire, is looking to recruit a Service Administrator to join their fantastic Aftersales Department.

This role is a critical part of the running of a successful Service Department, you will support both the Service Manager and Service Advisors to ensure customers receive the best service.

Working as a Sytner Service Administrator you will: administer all preparation work required for vehicle arrivals, adhere to strict processes, support the service team with telephone enquiries, complete invoicing, examine paperwork to ensure quality standards are met and carrying out self‑audits before filing.

Sytner Service Administrators work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include Saturday mornings on a rota basis to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
