Zusammenfassung

SP Energy Networks, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Land Officer in Wrexham to secure land rights and consents for distribution projects (33kV and below). The role involves negotiating with landowners, managing land-rights processes, and advising on solutions to keep capital programmes on track. A valid driver’s license is required.

You will work with the Land Team Leader and contribute to maintaining asset safety and project delivery across the district.

Qualifikationen

• Preferably knowledge and practical experience in land rights transactions in the electricity sector or other utilities.
• Expert negotiation skills using relevant legislation and company policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior management, engineers, lawyers and landowners.

Aufgaben

• Provide land rights services for distribution projects and day-to-day activities.
• Proactively manage projects to resolve land rights issues affecting capital programmes.
• Advise on appropriate land rights and consent strategies in consultation with project managers.
• Support legal teams during the land rights process and prepare information for legal instruction.
• Maintain accurate data records to support reporting and audit requirements.
