Salary: Up to £25,000 + Package

They are an award-winning company that maintains strong objectives while delivering projects on time and budget, whilst maintaining great relationships with all clients and customers.

They deliver a wide range of projects through refurbishment and new build. They hold a unique service within the construction industry and deliver complex mixed-use schemes.

Currently seeking a Land & Property Graduate based out of their office near Bishop Stortford. This is a great opportunity that will expand and develop your experience while being involved in Historic England and working on conversions, new builds, and heritage projects.

Experience Required

• Confident, numerate, and analytical team player
• Basic, practical, and demonstrable knowledge of construction methodology
• Strong communication skills with a drive and determination to succeed
• Ability to prioritize activities and manage a busy and demanding role
• Achieved at least a 2:1 Degree in a recognized construction-related degree
