Job summary

ScottishPower, part of the Iberdrola Group, is seeking a Project Manager (Land) in Glasgow/London to lead land access and agreement activities for East Anglia Hub offshore development. You will manage landowner relations, optional agreements, and compulsory acquisition processes, coordinating with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Project management and Land Management to support the development of major infrastructure projects in the UK.
• Experience in development of offshore windfarms, onshore and offshore grid connection works.
• Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead land management activities and relationships with landowners and agents for land access and agreements.
• Oversee option and third-party agreements and compulsory acquisition processes.
• Manage land-related GIS data for onshore cable routes and OFTO packages.
• Provide land project management support to onshore development projects and related teams.
• Act as liaison between contractors and landowners for reinstatement and pre-construction works.
• Disseminate information on land agreements to execution and OFTO divestment teams.
• Maintain risk registers and contractual materials; attend kick-off and site meetings.
