Job summary

Mint Selection is recruiting a Land Manager for a UK solar and storage developer transitioning to long-term ownership of its assets. Remote-first with office attendance 1 day per month in London; travel to sites as portfolio requires.

The role covers land manage­ment across the portfolio from consent through operation, protecting value as projects progress. You will own the land bank end to end, handle options, leases, easements, and renewals, and work with grid, planning, and asset teams to

Qualifications

• Experience managing land agreements for renewable energy in the UK.
• Strong grasp of UK land agreements: options, leases, easements, wayleaves, rent reviews.
• Proven ability to maintain long-term landowner relationships.
• Experience with planning, grid and asset operation impacts on land.
• RICS background is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing land bank: options, leases and renewals across the portfolio.
• Own landowner relationships across the portfolio through consent to operation.
• Track and discharge land obligations, access, easements and wayleaves across lifecycle.
• Collaborate with grid, planning, development and asset teams to align land with projects.
