Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in Exeter is seeking a Land and Planning Assistant to join a South West team working on residential and commercial schemes.

You will work with senior staff to identify sites, deliver development appraisals, planning applications and contractual negotiations, with a relevant planning degree and ideally a RTPI/RICS accredited MSc and 1 year post-qualification experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant town planning/related degree required.
• One years' post qualification town planning experience preferred (consultancy environment).

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sites and opportunities with senior staff.
• Deliver development appraisals, planning applications and contractual negotiations.
