Job summary

Penguin Recruitment in Exeter is seeking a Land and Planning Assistant to join a South West team working on residential and commercial schemes.

You will work with senior staff to identify sites, deliver development appraisals, planning applications and contractual negotiations, with a relevant planning degree and ideally a RTPI/RICS accredited MSc and 1 year post-qualification experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant town planning/related degree required.
• One years' post qualification town planning experience preferred (consultancy environment).

Responsibilities

Land and Planning Assistant

Exeter

An excellent opportunity has become available for a Land and Planning Assistant to join a respected development firm as part of their South West based team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial schemes.

The successful Land and Planning Assistant will be working alongside Senior staff to identify potential sites, deliver development appraisals, planning applications and contractual negotiations.

For this role candidates are sought with:

• A relevant town planning/ related degree and ideally a further MSc preferably accredited by both the RTPI and RICS
• One years' post qualification town planning / surveying experience, preferably within a consultancy environment
