Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Land Manager to join a rapidly expanding house builder covering the eastern region (Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northampton, and Rutland).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site evaluations including planning, technical, and legal issues.
  • Develop strong relationships with existing clients and new business sources.
  • Prepare fee proposals and assist in marketing strategies.
  • Provide advice on strategic land agreements.
  • Analyse offers and draft heads of terms, liaising with solicitors to ensure timely sales completion.
  • Negotiate with developers and landowners on options, covenants, and uplift clauses.

Key Experience:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in land acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Effective self-management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in relationship building, networking, and business promotion.
