Amazon seeks a Workplace Health & Safety Real Estate Due Diligence & Remediation Manager to oversee real estate transactions and manage remediation projects. This role requires developing Amazon standards, collaborating with stakeholders globally, and ensuring compliance with environmental protocols while maintaining a focus on risk management.
You will partner with stakeholders worldwide to support real estate transactions, perform due diligence, and manage remediation projects. Develop Amazon standards and policies, and ensure program requirements are implemented and executed effectively. Assist in managing these programs at the corporate level, ensuring risks and liabilities are evaluated and mitigated during transactions.
Key skills include exceptional organizational and communication abilities, site assessment knowledge, understanding of the regulatory environment, and experience working with internal and external teams.
