About the role

Our Land Managers play a critical role in the success of our business. We provide all necessary tools and support to ensure your success. You will be trusted, respected, and supported throughout your career with us.

Our in-house team of experts—including Architects, Planners, Technical, Legal, Commercial, and Construction professionals—enables you to create offers efficiently, drawing on their extensive experience and knowledge. Senior management and land-focused colleagues work together towards shared goals.

This fast-moving, comprehensive role involves managing the full land acquisition lifecycle, including:

  • Investigating opportunities through an extensive network of contacts.
  • Identifying sites via targeted marketing efforts.
  • Conducting desktop research, data analysis, and utilising Land Insight.
  • Visiting target towns in person to assess site suitability.
  • Carrying out site appraisals, creating reports, and making proposals.
  • Managing offers and negotiations.
  • Supporting and mentoring Land Buyers and Land Coordinators with your knowledge and experience.

You will work closely with your Land Director and team to develop regional land acquisition strategies.

About you

We seek an experienced Land Manager or successful Senior Land Buyer ready to advance their career. You should be motivated, ambitious, proactive, and passionate about land acquisition and development.

You must have proven experience managing the entire process—from site identification and research to contract negotiation and exchange. Your background may be from residential, commercial, retail, hospitality sectors, or land agencies, as we value diverse experience.

All team members share a passion for their work, dedication, self-motivation, and a desire for success. Our leadership strongly supports securing high-quality sites for our developments.

You should be confident and competent in driving, with a valid UK driver’s license, as travel is a significant part of the role.
