We are looking for an experienced Land professional to work for a rapidly expanding house builder covering the eastern region (Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northampton, and Rutland).

You will have a keen eye for detail and a proven track record of delivering high-quality work, with contacts and experience in the eastern patch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site evaluations, including planning, technical, and legal issues.
  • Build strong, effective relationships with existing clients and potential business sources in the region.
  • Prepare fee proposals and assist in marketing strategies.
  • Provide professional advice on strategic land agreements.
  • Obtain and analyze offers.
  • Draft heads of terms and liaise with solicitors to ensure timely sales completion.
  • Negotiate with developers and landowners on options, covenants, uplift clauses, etc.

Key Experiences:

  • 2-4 years of land acquisition experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with confidence in communication and negotiation at all levels.
  • Effective self-management to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in building relationships, networking, and promoting a business.
  • Willingness to travel to remote or rural locations for meetings.
