The Role

1. Identify and assess PBSA or retail/commercial opportunities across the UK
2. Build relationships with agents, landowners, local authorities, and stakeholders
3. Conduct land appraisals and support feasibility alongside planning and technical teams
4. Lead on negotiations, offer structuring, contracts, and legal completion
5. Oversee the acquisition process from identification through to purchase

Requirements

1. Land acquisition experience in PBSA, retail, or commercial development
2. Confident leading deal structuring and negotiations
3. Solid grasp of UK planning policy and process
4. Proactive, well-organised, and commercially minded
5. Full UK Driving Licence and own car
