The Role:

• Conduct market research through site visits and evaluations of target locations.
• Support the team in identifying suitable land acquisition opportunities.
• Participate in meetings with vendors and agents.
• Cultivate relationships and expand your professional network within the industry.
• Assist with appraisals, planning, market analysis, and due diligence processes.

Requirements:

• Self-motivated, tenacious, and confident property professional.
• Background in agency or transactional roles.
• Previous experience on either the agency or client side.
• Proficient in Excel, particularly in running appraisals.
