Job summary

UCS College Group, via Cannington College, seeks an Apprenticeship Manager for Land-Based to lead high-quality apprenticeship provision and shape curriculum development across the institution.

You will partner with the Assistant Principal and College Leadership Team to deliver departmental KPIs, secure financial contribution, and implement a robust curriculum plan that aligns with local, regional and national priorities, including equality, diversity and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum teams to deliver high-quality apprenticeship provision.
• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Apprenticeship department.
• Drive teaching and learning innovations and employer partnerships.
• Work with the Assistant Principal and College Leadership Team to achieve KPIs and financial targets.
