Job summary

UCS College Group's Cannington College is seeking an Apprenticeship Manager for Land-Based to lead the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship provision and provide strong curriculum leadership across the college.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Principal and College Leadership Team to drive KPI achievement, nurture teaching and learning initiatives, and ensure apprenticeships align with local, regional and national skills priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality apprenticeship provision across Land-Based programmes.
• Provide strong curriculum leadership and line-management for curriculum teams.
• Support the Assistant Principal and College Leadership Team in achieving departmental KPIs and financial targets.
