Role: Land & Measured Building Surveyor
Location: Bedford
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum + company vehicle + overtime

Are you a Land and Measured Building Surveyor looking for your next challenge? My client, a leading Engineering Surveying company, is looking for a Land & Measured Building Surveyor to join their team in Bedford to work on a variety of projects in different sectors.
You will be based out of the Bedford office and you will work office hours Monday - Friday, however site hours will vary so overtime and occasional weekend working and staying away will be required. You will be contracted 40 hours per week, any hours worked over this will be paid at an increased overtime rate.
Your role will involve independently completing a range of topographical and measured building surveys, processing raw survey and CAD data, undertaking site inspections and completing risk assessments.
Required Skills/Experience:
·Previous experience working in the surveying industry (2-3+ years).
·Previous experience completing land and measured building surveys.
·Experience processing raw survey data and CAD data to a high working standard
·Experience and knowledge of traversing and GPS control networks
·Full UK Driver's License and Right To Work in the UK.
