Manchester remains one of the strongest development markets outside London, with sustained demand for housing, logistics and mixed-use schemes. A career in Property & Construction rewards people who can think commercially and build relationships that last years, not months. Land and development work sits at the sharp end of that, and good land and development managers are always in demand.
