This is an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the expansion and management of our portfolio in East Sussex and Kent. You will be involved in the full asset lifecycle from initial site identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land/sites. You will lead a professional team through the planning process to obtain satisfactory consents, support the construction phase, and ongoing asset management. We’re proud to support ambitious teams, so there will be opportunities for progression. With proper training, we’ll help you thrive and succeed in your career here. In return, we offer a competitive salary, a generous benefits package supporting your well-being and outside life.

Please note, you will be expected to be in our Gravesend (Northfleet) Property Office or in your patch at least 3 days per week.

Internally, this role is called Senior Acquisitions Consultant.
