McCarthy & Stone is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to lead a team delivering high-quality community and domiciliary care in Lancaster and surrounding areas. The role offers a £29,000 salary, a company car and mileage paid, and opportunities for career development.

You will supervise Care & Support Assistants, conduct staff supervisions, support the Care Performance Manager, and ensure person-centred care that promotes dignity and wellbeing for homeowners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' UK care experience.
• Willingness to work towards Level 3 Health & Social Care.
• Experience supervising or mentoring care staff.
• Knowledge of domiciliary or community care services in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Care & Support Assistants across Lancaster and surroundings.
• Conduct staff supervisions and competency assessments.
• Support Care Performance Manager with service delivery.
• Carry out Homeowner reviews and care plan updates.
• Ensure quality, compliance and safeguarding standards.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota.
