Job summary

MAXIMUS is a global organisation delivering health and employment services across the UK. The SEQF Service Delivery Manager will lead a community-based delivery team in the Lancashire Combined Authority area to implement the SEQF with fidelity and drive continuous improvement in services for vulnerable adults.

You will oversee high-quality, person-centred support and engage with employers and forums to strengthen partnerships, ensuring the delivery meets targets and maintains quality standards.

Qualifications

• Significant proven leadership and management experience.
• Experience in roles requiring sales, promotional, or influencing skills.
• Ability to understand and manage profit and loss and budgeting.
• Track record of delivering high-quality services.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and lead a high-performance, empowered culture. Recruit, engage, develop and retain the right people.
• Ensure personal development is regularly reviewed and learning needs are addressed; use coaching to optimise performance.
• Build relationships with external organisations to foster opportunities for referrals and employment.
• Ensure contract compliance in line with SEQF & IPS Fidelity.
• Carry out resource and succession planning to meet changing requirements and retain talent.
