Job summary

Maximus UK is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead a community-based delivery team across the Lancashire Combined Authority area, ensuring SEQF fidelity and high-quality, person-centred services for adults with health conditions and barriers to employment.

You will engage employers, customers, and partners, drive continuous improvement, monitor targets, and sustain meaningful employment outcomes while promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and lead a high performance, empowered and innovative culture.
• Ensure contract compliance is fully achieved in line with SEQF & IPS Fidelity.
• Build strong relationships with external organisations to foster and maintain new relationships and opportunities for referral generation and employment opportunities.
