Job summary

The VEKA UK Group is seeking a Lamination Operator to join our team in Burnley. You will operate and set lamination machinery, monitor line performance, and ensure quality while supporting Lean initiatives.

A starting salary of £27,976 per annum underpins a hands-on manufacturing environment and opportunities for development. Key responsibilities include preparing materials, recording data accurately, and maintaining safe, collaborative workflows with your team.

• Maintain housekeeping standards, handling materials safely.

The role

Working within our Lamination department, you'll be responsible for operating and setting production lines, preparing materials, monitoring quality standards, and supporting the efficient manufacture of our products. As part of a collaborative team, you'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, uphold Lean manufacturing principles, and help ensure departmental targets are achieved.
