Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Night Shift Laminating Technician to produce high-quality composite components for current and future F1 cars. You will laminate, prepare moulds, vacuum bag, and operate autoclaves to tight quality standards.

Working on demanding deadlines, you will follow procedures, maintain safety, and support the wider Composite Laminating team while contributing to race-winning performance and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a skilled laminator.
• Experience in motorsport, particularly F1, or aerospace is preferable.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Clear, accurate communication skills and the initiative to identify tasks and offer solutions.

As a Night Shift Laminating Technician, you will produce high-quality composite components for current and future MCL Formula 1 cars. Working to demanding quality standards and tight deadlines, you will carry out laminating, mould preparation, vacuum bagging and autoclave operations, helping deliver race-winning performance while supporting the wider Composite Laminating team.
