A pharmaceutical technology company is seeking a LabWare MD Lead to oversee structured data migration initiatives and ensure compliance across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in pharmaceutical environments and proven leadership in data strategies. This role, hybrid in nature, requires effective stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as expertise in LabWare Master Data. This contract position spans 11 months, based in Macclesfield.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in LabWare Master Data (MD), ideally in a Lead or senior role.
• Strong background within the pharmaceutical industry with an understanding of regulated environments.
• Demonstrated experience in data migration and data harmonization initiatives.
• Experience with change control processes.
• Stakeholder management across multiple sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance global data standards with site-specific operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with identified sites to manage change control processes, ensuring compliance.
• Develop and drive the data strategy, including a comprehensive data migration plan.
• Collaborate with sites on data naming conventions and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as the primary liaison with LabWare and ensure effective communication.
• Provide leadership and guidance for data migration activities.
• Ensure structured and compliant execution of data migration across systems.
