Key duties and requirements

You will also be responsible for but not limited to;

• Performing manual duties on site.
• Working alongside a number of sub-contractors and trades, ensuring that materials are available to them as and when required.
• Ensuring that the site is always presentable.
• Maintaining a clean working environment.
• Helping the site teams build our quality, affordable homes in alignment with our build programmes.
• Assisting the Site Manager in material management, reporting discrepancies and product defects.
• Assisting the site management team in maintaining excellent customer service, health and safety and build quality.
• At all times comply with responsibilities under the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental and Corporate Responsibility Policies and all other company policies, procedures and instructions.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful as our Labourer, you will ideally hold previous experience of working within a similar role.

To be considered for this role you must also possess;

• Enthusiasm to work within a quality driven business.
• A ‘Can Do’ attitude is vital as you will be presented to the business as a direct representative of the wider Construction team and regional business.
• Excellent attention to detail.
