Job summary

Ambitions Personnel is recruiting a Labourer / Operative to join a local client’s friendly, close-knit team in Grantham. This is a great temporary to permanent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, reliable and willing to get stuck in.

The role covers yard housekeeping, loading and unloading deliveries, taking goods, operating a counterbalance FLT, and general labouring across the site. You will be part of a supportive, close-knit team with a clear path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a counterbalance FLT is essential.
• In-house FLT licences accepted.
• Labouring, yard or machine operating experience desirable.
• Hands-on approach to work.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning and maintenance of the yard.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Taking and receiving deliveries as required.
• Operating a counterbalance FLT.
