Job summary

Bridgeman Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a reliable Labourer for a busy new-build housing project in Knutsford. You will support skilled trades, keep plots and work areas clean, and assist with site set-up and housekeeping.

Applicants should hold a valid CSCS card, have experience on construction sites, and be committed to health and safety. Two recent references and full PPE are required to join the team.

Job description

BRS are currently recruiting reliable Labourers to work on a busy new-build housing project in Knutsford.

Duties will include:

• General labouring duties across the housing development
• Assisting skilled trades and subcontractors
• Keeping plots, work areas and communal areas clean and tidy
• Moving and distributing materials around site
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Assisting with site set-up and general housekeeping
• Supporting groundwork and external works when required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Carrying out other general duties as instructed by the Site Manager

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience working on a construction or new-build housing site
• Good understanding of site health & safety
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Full PPE
• Two recent references
