Job summary

Equans is hiring a Labourer to support construction, maintenance and refurbishment projects in London SE13. You will assist tradespeople, help with site setup and keep areas clean and safe while working 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Ideal candidates have labouring or site experience, a valid CSCS card (preferred), good physical fitness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction labouring or on-site work preferred.
• CSCS card preferred or required depending on site.
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling.
• Awareness of health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and builders.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials around the site.
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and safe.
• Operating basic hand and power tools as required.
• Assisting with site setup and dismantling activities.
• Removing waste materials and ensuring proper disposal.
