Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a reliable Labourer for a 42-week fit-out project in Bristol (BS34). The role involves assisting the on-site team with day-to-day activities, moving materials, and ensuring smooth operations on site.

You should have a positive attitude, be punctual, able to work as part of a team, and hold a valid CSCS card with full PPE. BPSS checks may be required by the client.

LABOURER REQUIRED – BRISTOL BS34

We are currently looking for a reliable, hardworking and proactive Labourer to join a fit-out project based in Bristol.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term work on a 42-week project.

JOB DETAILS

Location: Bristol, BS34
Position: Labourer
Duration: 42 weeks
Working Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm daily
Parking: Free parking available on site

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Assisting the fit-out team with day-to-day site activities
• Moving and distributing materials around the site
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required
• Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised
• Removing waste and maintaining good housekeeping standards
• Supporting tradespeople to ensure work runs smoothly
• Adapting to the needs of the site and assisting with additional duties when required
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times

REQUIREMENTS:

IMPORTANT – BPSS SECURITY CHECK

The successful candidate will be required to complete a BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) check, including a three-year employment history check, before working on site.
