Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a reliable Labourer for a 42-week fit-out project in Bristol (BS34). The role involves assisting the on-site team with day-to-day activities, moving materials, and ensuring smooth operations on site.

You should have a positive attitude, be punctual, able to work as part of a team, and hold a valid CSCS card with full PPE. BPSS checks may be required by the client.

Qualifications

• Previous construction site experience preferred.
• Valid CSCS card required by the site.
• Full PPE must be worn on site.
• Clear communication and reliability essential.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the fit-out team with day-to-day site activities.
• Moving and distributing materials around the site.
• Loading and unloading deliveries where required.
• Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised.
• Removing waste and maintaining good housekeeping standards.
• Supporting tradespeople to ensure work runs smoothly.
• Adapting to the needs of the site and assisting with additional duties when required.
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times.
