Job summary

Thorn Baker Group in Rochdale is seeking a reliable Labourer for a four-week project on a live construction site. Start date is Tuesday 19/10, with working hours from 7:30am to 5:00pm.

You will be responsible for clearing the site, removing waste, keeping areas tidy and safe, and following health and safety procedures as directed by the Site Manager. A valid CSCS card and PPE are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous construction site experience preferred.
• Valid CSCS card, where required by the site.
• Full PPE.
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual work.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Positive attitude and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clearing a construction site following building works.
• Removing waste and unwanted materials from site.
• Filling skips with construction waste.
• Moving materials and debris safely.
• Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised.
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
