Thorn Baker Group seeks a reliable Labourer for a site in South Shields, starting ASAP. working hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm, four days a week, with ongoing, on-site duties. You will clear and tidy sites, move materials safely, and support the team while adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements.

Previous construction experience is preferred. A valid CSCS card where required, full PPE, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential for this role.

• Clearing a construction site following building works
• Removing waste and unwanted materials from site
• Filling skips with construction waste
• Moving materials and debris safely
• Keeping the site clean, tidy and organised
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards
• Following site health and safety procedures
• Wearing the correct PPE at all times
• Carrying out any additional duties requested by the Site Manager
