Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Labourer in the Gloucester/Cheltenham area to assist trades on site and maintain a clean, safe work environment. This permanent role offers a 40-hour work week and an annual salary of £26,520.

A driving licence is essential to drive the company van; DBS will be completed for the successful candidate. The position includes biweekly pay and a busy contractor setting.

Qualifications

• Driving licence required to drive company van.
• Previous labouring experience preferred.
• Experience in social housing would be beneficial.
• Good attitude; physically fit and reliable.
• DBS check will be completed for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Clearing debris and keeping the site clean and tidy during works.
• Assisting trades on site as needed.
• Reporting to the manager on site activities.
• Using own initiative to stay busy and be helpful on site.
• Safely driving the company van when required.

Labourer Required - Gloucester/ Cheltenham

Experienced and enthusiastic Labourer required in the Gloucester area to work in social housing properties assisting trades and keeping site clean and tidy.

• Pay day every 2 weeks
• 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday

Labourer Day to Day:

• Clearing of building debris during works, keeping site clean and tidy
• Assisting trades on site
• Reporting to the manager
• Using own initiative to keep busy and be helpful on site
• Driving company van safely and responsibly

Labourer Requirements:

• Driving licence essential you will be driving a company van
• Good labouring experience preferred
• Previous experience working within social housing would be beneficial
• Good attitude
• Physically fit and able
• Honest and reliable
• DBS will be done for successful candidate
