Job summary

Proactive Recruitment is seeking a reliable General Labourer to join a construction project in Scotland, with an immediate start.

The role begins with a one-week placement in Dunfermline (Mon 2nd Nov to Fri 6th Nov) and continues in Edinburgh for ongoing work, on site from 8am to 6pm with weekend work possible. You will support deliveries, keep sites clean and safe, and assist tradespeople as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a labouring role preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliable timekeeping.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• CSCS card desirable but not essential.

Proactive Recruitment is currently looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join a construction project, starting on Monday 2nd November 2026.

The successful candidate will initially work on a site in Dunfermline from Monday 2nd November to Friday 6th November, before moving to a site in Edinburgh, where ongoing work will be available for the right candidate.

Shift times 8am-6pm will include some weekend work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable labourer looking for consistent work across multiple construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
