Job summary

Labourer required in Bromsgrove for a long-term project. The role is for a CSCS card holding General Labourer on a large scale new build housing site in Bromsgrove. Pre-plaster experience on new build housing sites is essential.

You will report to the Site Manager and be responsible for lifting and shifting materials while keeping the site tidy and safe. There is a long run of work for up to 2 years. You must have full PPE and the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a CSCS card.
• Experience as a general labourer on new build housing sites (pre-plaster experience preferred).
• Reliable, punctual and hard-working with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labouring duties on site, including lifting and shifting materials.
• Keep the site tidy and clear of hazards; report any issues to the Site Manager.
• Work on a large-scale new build housing site under the instruction of the Site Manager.
• Be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Labourer Required in Bromsgrove - Long term project

Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking a CSCS card holding General Labourer for a job working in Bromsgrove.

Working on behalf of the Principal contractor, you will be carrying out general labouring duties on this large scale new build housing site.

It is essential that you have pre-plaster experience working on new build housing sites.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for lifting and shifting of materials on site, whilst ensuring the site is kept tidy and clear of any potential hazards.

There will be a long run of work for the successful candidate, up to 2 years work available.

Each Labourer must:

• Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles
• Hold a valid CSCS Card
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual
• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
