Job summary

MadiganGill Resource Ltd in Bromsgrove is seeking a CSCS card holding General Labourer for a long-term project on a large-scale new build housing site. You will report to the Site Manager and perform general labouring duties safeguarding site safety and tidiness.

Pre-plaster experience on new build housing is essential; duties include lifting and shifting materials, keeping the site tidy and hazard-free, and working confidently either alone or as part of a team. Up to 2 years work available.

Qualifications

• CSCS card holders required for construction sites.
• PPE (hard hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves, goggles) required.
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual.
• Good communication skills and ability to work alone or in a team.

Labourer Required in Bromsgrove - Long term project

Our specialist Trades & Labour team are seeking a CSCS card holding General Labourer for a job working in Bromsgrove.

Working on behalf of the Principal contractor, you will be carrying out general labouring duties on this large scale new build housing site.

It is essential that you have pre-plaster experience working on new build housing sites.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for lifting and shifting of materials on site, whilst ensuring the site is kept tidy and clear of any potential hazards.

There will be a long run of work for the successful candidate, up to 2 years work available.

• Have full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment - Hard Hat, boots, hi-vis, gloves & goggles
• Hold a valid CSCS Card
• Be hard working, reliable and punctual
• Have good communication skills and be able to work alone on your own initiative or as part of a team.
