GM Recruitment is seeking a General Labourer for a site in Aylesbury. The role runs 7:00am–5:00pm with a starting date on Monday. PAYE rate £12.71/hr or £16.63/hr via umbrella payroll, on a project-based assignment.

The successful candidate will have construction site experience, a positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team. Punctuality, safety awareness and willingness to perform a range of general labour tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is essential.
• Full PPE must be worn on site.
• Previous construction site experience preferred.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual labour.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team.
• Professional attitude and good timekeeping.

Responsabilités

• Keep the site clean, tidy and free from hazards at all times.
• Assist tradespeople and site management with daily tasks.
• Move and handle materials around the site as required.
• Load and unload deliveries safely.
• Maintain clear access routes and keep walkways obstruction-free.
• Remove rubbish and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Follow all site health and safety procedures.
• Wear the correct PPE at all times and maintain a safe environment.
• Carry out other general labour duties as requested by the site manager.

General Labourer Required Aylesbury

Location: Aylesbury

We are currently looking for a hardworking, reliable and experienced General Labourer to join a site team on a project in Aylesbury.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working on construction sites, a positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. You must be punctual, safety-conscious and willing to carry out a variety of general labouring duties as required by the site management team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Keeping the site clean, tidy and free from hazards at all times.
• Assisting tradespeople and site management with day-to-day tasks.
• Moving and handling materials around the site as required.
• Loading and unloading deliveries safely.
• Maintaining clear access routes and ensuring walkways are kept free of obstructions.
• Removing rubbish and disposing of waste in designated areas.
• Following all site health and safety procedures.
• Wearing the correct PPE at all times and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Carrying out any other general labouring duties as requested by the site manager.
