Job summary

Join Build Recruitment Limited as a Labourer for a busy principal contractor in Mullion, Cornwall. You will move materials, assist trades and help maintain site safety on a 1-year project spanning Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.

The ideal candidate holds a CSCS card, stays professional at all times, and brings a good work ethic with reliable timekeeping. PPE is required; a driving licence is beneficial but not essential, and overtime/weekend work may be available.

Responsibilities

• Move materials around site.
• Erect and maintain heras fencing as required.
• Put up signs and maintain clear site access.
• Keep site tidy: litter picking and sweeping.
• Assist trades on site.
• Support site safety procedures and help maintain a safe working environment.
• Take instructions from management and report hazards.
• Assist with general site duties as needed.

A great opportunity to start alabourerrole in the South Cornwallregion.
You will be working for a busy principle contractorthat hasbeenawarded contracts across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.
Youwill have the chanceto see the jobthrough to completion, and the project is expected to last for 1 year.
There will most likelybe an opportunity for overtime and weekend work at certain stages if you want it.

Day to day:

• Moving materials
• Putting up and maintaining heras fencing
• Putting up signs
• Tidying, litter picking andsweeping
• Assisting trades
• Site safety, helping to maintain a safe working environment
• Taking instructions from management
• Reporting and or rectifying hazards

Requirements:

• Must have aCSCS card
• Professional at all times
• Good work ethic
• PPE
• Previous experience is not essential but will be beneficial
• Driving licence is notessential but will be beneficial due to job location
• Good timekeeping
