Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is seeking a Labourer for ongoing site work on a planned works social housing contract between Bodmin and Bude. You will work on various sites, travelling along the coast while keeping sites clean and supporting trades.

Ideal candidates are energetic, physically fit and reliable, with a Driving licence. Manual handling, working at heights and asbestos awareness certificates are required or can be arranged at cost if missing.

• If you do not have these we can put you through the courses at your cost.

Labourer Required - North Cornwall - Bodmin up to Bude

We are currently seeking a keen and hardworking Labourer to work on a planned works social housing contract with a busy contractor.

This role will be on going temp with the possibility of a permanent role for the right person.

Paid Umbrella PAYE @ £17ph.

Labourer Day to Day:

• Keeping sites clean and tidy
• Assisting trades
• Using own initiative to keep busy
• Travelling from Bodmin up to Bude to different sites

Labourer Requirements:

• Good attitude
• Physically fit and able
• Honest and reliable
• Driving licence to get to sites

You will need to have manual handling, working at heights and asbestos awareness certificates. If you do not have these we can put you through the courses at your cost and you keep the certificates.
