Job summary

CapStone Solutions is seeking a Laborer to support a busy warehouse in Kent, Washington. You will help organize inventory, verify incoming and outgoing materials, and assist with staging equipment for upcoming jobs.

Responsibilities include forecasting material needs, preparing orders, and coordinating decommissioned material returns. The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and a team-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and teamwork are essential.
• Excellent interpersonal communication to coordinate with staff and vendors.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude on a daily basis.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to lift/carry 35-50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

• Accountability for all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Forecast needed materials and orders for upcoming jobs.
• Stage equipment and load material for upcoming jobs.
• Fill approved orders for supplies and equipment as needed.
• Coordinate and prepare decommissioned and excess material for return.
• Other duties assigned by Capstone.
