Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies in Exeter is seeking a Temporary Warehouse Coordinator II to oversee materials flow from receipt to shipment in a manufacturing setting. You may perform kitting, packaging, expediting, stocking, and shipping with moderate complexity.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, log updates, order support, and maintaining a safe, tidy warehouse. Prior warehousing experience is required; this role offers a hands-on environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehousing or material handling.
• Experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, package, label, insure, unpack, and/or log inventory which is shipped or received.
• Perform daily functions related to the receiving and issuing of materials to and from manufacturing departments, as prescribed by company policies and procedures.
• Inspect shipments for damages or defects; record discrepancies or damages and notify supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
• Support stockroom materials request by withdrawing required parts from inventory, bagging, tagging, and issuing to internal customer; analyze inventory conditions in support of related materials functions.
• Maintain a safe work environment for all employees
• Quality check shipments and raw materials based on written procedures
• General upkeep and tidiness of the warehouse
