Laboratory Technician (Main Laboratory)

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Laboratory Technician with skills in industrial food production to support our team. The technician will be trained in sampling, testing, measuring, and analyzing in collaboration with the laboratory team.

Key Responsibilities

• No scientific qualification or experience required; training will be provided.
• Preparing food, water, and environmental swab samples for analysis, including weighing and serial dilutions.
• Maintaining accurate sample records, especially regarding incubation times.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sterility of equipment, along with general cleaning duties.
