Job Description
  1. Perform miscellaneous tasks in the lab, including cleaning, supply organization, sample management, and disposal.
  2. Learn to perform monthly maintenance on laboratory equipment.
  3. Prepare samples for analysis, monitor instrumentation with minimal supervision, and ensure equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.
  4. Assist with inventory management.
  5. Support daily laboratory operations through organizational tasks.
  6. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and equipment.
  7. Document work clearly, work efficiently, and ensure accuracy.
  8. Participate in special projects as directed.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn new techniques, multitask, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with policies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma.
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
Additional Information

Position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply.
