Job summary

Enbarr Recruitment and Training, on behalf of our client in the Deeside area, is seeking a Lab Technician for a Wet Process Laboratory role. The successful candidate will perform chemical analysis to ensure processes run within specification for production, while keeping the wet lab area and equipment fit for purpose.

You will report issues that could impact factory operations (processes, personnel, H&S), identify improvements, and work with the technical department to introduce new process

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical analysis is essential.
• Experience in the electronics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyse processes to ensure production runs within specifications.
• Maintain wet lab area and ensure equipment is fit for purpose.
• Report issues that could affect factory operations (processes, people, H&S).
• Identify improvements and assist in introducing new process chemistries with the technical dept.
• Work with quality to ensure chemical processes remain within stated specs.
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00–16:30 with flexibility as required.

Lab Technician (DEESIDE)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the Deeside area for a Lab Technician to work a Wet Process Laboratory. The successful candidate must have Chemical Analysis Experience and ideally have previous experience within the Electronics industry.

The main focus of the role will be to analyse all processes to run within specification for the production dept. General duties in the Wet lab will be to make sure the area and equipment is fit for purpose. Reporting any issues that could have a detrimental effect to the running of the factory including processes, people and H&S.

Identify processes which can or should be improved and working with the technical dept. to assist in the introduction of new process chemistries.

Work in conjunction with the quality dept. to ensure that chemical processes are controlled to the stated specifications.

Monday to Friday 8am -4:30pm, a high level of flexibility will be required for this position.

Salary will be dependent on experience £12.71ph+
